No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls

Instructions

1. Make the Cheesecake Base

  • Beat cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.

  • Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.

2. Add Crumbs

  • Add crushed graham crackers (or cookies).

  • Mix until a soft dough forms — it should be firm enough to roll.

3. Chill the Mixture

  • Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.

4. Roll Into Balls

  • Scoop about 1 tablespoon per ball.

  • Roll between your hands until smooth.

5. Coat (Optional but delicious)
Roll in:

  • Chocolate

  • Peanut crumbs

  • Graham crumbs

  • Mini chips

  • Or dip the whole ball in melted chocolate for a truffle finish.

6. Chill & Serve

  • Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, or freeze for firmer bites.
