No Bake homemade crunch bars using just one bowl, 5 ingredients and less than 2 minutes!

Instructions

1. Melt everything (except the cereal)

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine:

  • chocolate chips

  • peanut butter

  • coconut oil or butter

Microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
(Usually takes 60–90 seconds total.)

Add vanilla extract and stir.

2. Add the cereal

Stir in the Rice Krispies until fully coated.

3. Press into a pan

Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment.
Pour mixture in and press flat with a spatula.

4. Chill

Freeze 20–30 minutes or refrigerate 1 hour until firm.

5. Slice and enjoy

Cut into bars or squares.


Optional Add-Ins

  • Mini marshmallows

  • Pretzel pieces

  • Crushed Oreos

  • Drizzle of melted white chocolate on top

  • A pinch of sea salt
