Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix sausage and cream cheese until smooth.

Stir in drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, and Bisquick until combined.

Roll into 1–1.5 inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Tip for doubling: Simply double all ingredients and use two baking sheets so they cook evenly.
