Prepare the chicken:
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pat dry for best texture. -
Spread mixture:
Coat the tops of the chicken breasts with the mayo-Parmesan mixture. Cover completely. -
Bake:
Bake 25–35 minutes, depending on thickness, until the chicken is fully cooked and the topping is lightly golden. -
(Optional) Broil:
Broil for 2–3 minutes for a deeper golden crust.
