Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups

Instructions:

  1. Cook the beef:
    In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.

  2. Season:
    Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.

  3. Add cheese:
    Mix the shredded cheese into the warm beef so it melts a bit.

  4. Fill tortillas:
    Place a line of the beef mixture across the lower third of each tortilla. Roll tightly like a burrito.

  5. Make garlic butter:
    Combine melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.

  6. Brush & cook:
    Brush rollups generously with garlic butter.

    • Air fryer: 380°F (193°C) for 6–8 minutes until crispy.

    • Oven: 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes.

    • Skillet: Pan-sear until golden on all sides.

  7. Finish:
    Brush again with garlic butter when hot for extra flavor.

  • Serve with fries, onion rings, or a simple salad
