Crockpot Loaded Steak & Potato Bake

Instructions

1. Prepare the steak

Season steak pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Layer the crockpot

Grease the crockpot lightly.
Add a layer of sliced potatoes.
Add a layer of seasoned steak.
Add onions if you are using them.
Dot with a few small pieces of butter.
Repeat layers until ingredients are used.

3. Add liquid

Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce evenly over the top.

4. Cook

Cover and cook:

  • Low for 6–7 hours

  • High for 3–4 hours

Potatoes should be tender and steak very soft.

5. Add cheese and bacon

When done, sprinkle cheddar cheese and bacon over the top.
Cover and let melt for 5–10 minutes.

6. Serve

Top with sour cream, green onions, or extra cheese if desired.
