Instructions
Step 1 — Make the Cheesecake Centers

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Freeze for 30–45 minutes (important! They must be firm).
Step 2 — Make the Cookie Dough

Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until a dough forms.

Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 3 — Assemble the Cookies

Scoop a large ball of dough (about 2 tbsp).

Flatten it slightly and place a frozen cheesecake ball in the center.

Place on a baking sheet, leaving space — they are BIG cookies!
Step 4 — Bake

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes

They should be golden around the edges, soft in the middle.

Let cool 10 minutes so the cheesecake sets inside.
Step 5 — Enjoy!
