Air-Fried Chicken Thighs

Instructions

1. Prep the chicken

Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels to help them crisp.
Rub with olive oil.

2. Season

Mix all spices in a bowl.
Coat the chicken thighs evenly on all sides.

3. Air fry

Place thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up, without overlapping.
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 18–22 minutes:

  • Flip halfway for boneless thighs.

  • For bone-in, keep skin side up the entire time for maximum crispiness.

Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

4. Rest and serve

Let rest 3 minutes before serving to keep juices inside.
