Instructions:

Air Fry the Apples:

  1. Core apples and cut into wedges (about 12–16 wedges total).

  2. In a bowl, toss wedges with melted butter.

  3. Add sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and salt; coat evenly.

  4. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway, until soft and lightly crisp on the edges.


Make the Caramel Whipped Cream:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.

  2. Add caramel sauce, powdered sugar, and vanilla.

  3. Whip again until thick, fluffy, and dip-ready.


Serve:

  • Pile warm apple wedges onto a plate.

  • Drizzle with extra caramel if desired.

  • Serve with the caramel whipped cream on the side for dipping.
