  • 125 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour

  • 75 g (⅓ cup) granulated sugar

  • 100 g (7 tablespoons) cold unsalted butter, cubed

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar or ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Glaze:

  • 100 g (¾ cup) powdered sugar

  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
